Each video entry must be an own, original work or authorised by the copyright owner
Each entry will be judged on its:
(I) musical composition
(II) visual composition
(III) production quality and professional merit
The video must be a complete creative entity and not a sample or promotional documentary
Sound and picture quality will be a factor in the judging process
The video can be the product of more than one artist but the fair division of the awards and prizes will be the responsibility of the entrant as the name appears in the EPK
The winner will be determined by a public vote once six finalists have been selected
